There is an emotional component to leadership which fuels our relationships. Through the powers of observation and experience, I have tried to capture scenarios to illustrate the messy and magnificent sides of leadership and impact on relationships.

I have significant years of experience in managing people, from small sales teams to an organization of over 600 people. It is my observation that the relationship component, through emotional intelligence, can have a profound positive or negative impact on individuals and results.

Leadership for the soul, is my opportunity to verbalize the emotional rest that stirs within our souls and among individuals. Ultimately, the expression of these emotions will have a positive and productive influence on our quality of life.
